This research aims to analyse the implementation of the input-transformation-output system in school effectiveness to improve performance at SMA Kristen Passo. The research uses a qualitative approach with a single case study design. The research subjects are teachers and other school community members. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that school effectiveness does not only depend on the availability of resources but also on the school's ability to manage and integrate all components systematically and integratively. This research concludes that an optimal, integrative, and systematic transformation process can produce outputs such as improved student achievements, teacher job satisfaction, and community trust in the school. This finding also recommends strengthening management based on the input–transformation–output system as a strategy for the sustainable improvement of school quality and performance.
