Online Submission

A. Manuscript Submission

Authors submit their manuscripts via the journal’s official online submission system, attaching all required documents including the manuscript file, cover letter, and author bios.

B. Initial Editorial Screening

The editorial team conducts a preliminary review to assess the manuscript's alignment with the journal’s scope, formatting compliance, and similarity index. Manuscripts exceeding the 20% plagiarism threshold or those not meeting the journal’s requirements may be returned for revision.

C. Peer Review Process

  • Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to two independent reviewers for double-blind peer review.
  • If there is a significant discrepancy in reviewer recommendations, a third reviewer may be invited to provide an additional evaluation.

Reviewers assess the manuscript’s originality, scientific rigor, clarity, and relevance.

D. Editorial Decision

Based on the reviewer comments, the editorial board may:

  • Accept the manuscript with or without revisions,
  • Request minor or major revisions, or
  • Reject the manuscript.

Authors are notified of the decision and, if revisions are requested, must submit their revised manuscript within a stipulated timeframe.

E. Copyediting and Layout

Once a manuscript is accepted, it undergoes copyediting to ensure clarity, consistency, and formatting accuracy. Authors may be contacted during this phase for clarification or proofreading.

F. Publication

The final, formatted version is published online in the upcoming issue (April or October), according to the issue’s theme and schedule.

G. Timeline

The complete process—from submission to publication—takes a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 18 weeks, depending on the complexity of review and revision cycles.
